BlueScope today announced the appointment of Connell Zhang as Chief Executive NS BlueScope. He will join the Company’s Executive Leadership Team and lead its joint venture operations across ASEAN and North America.
Connell joins BlueScope from Ecolab Inc, where he has been Executive Vice President and President Greater China since 2018. In this role he has successfully led the Company’s divisions in China as well as local execution of global strategies via a strong focus on innovation and transformation through strategic partnerships. He has previously held senior leadership positions across Asia.

Connell will commence on 1 April 2021 and will be based in Singapore.
