Lexicon – Launches B2B Storytelling Website Development Service

Lexicon Business Communications, a leading website design agency in Bangkok, Thailand, has launched a new service focusing on B2B Storytelling website development.

Lexicon has been delivering high quality websites and webapps to clients since its acquisition of Next Step Systems in 2019. This new service has been developed as an extension of our existing services, specifically to deliver high quality websites and web applications for professional services firms.

The development of a new B2B-focused website for a major organization involves dozens of stakeholders with differing visions and opinions on everything from design style to timeline, SEO optimization, and even the art direction of the photography to be used on service pages and throughout the site.

The Lexicon B2B Storytelling website development service is designed for large scale website projects which require dedicated project management to organize timelines, set milestones and manage the whole process from research to final testing. Additionally, brand identity development, content writing, video production, photography, SEO optimization and original design are all available through a single contact point when working with Lexicon on this type of project.

Maxime Schmitt, Lexicon Chief Technology officer said: “Every website built by Lexicon is 100% custom made to ensure that our clients’ brand story is built into the DNA of their website. We custom build every new tech project to guarantee longevity, fast loading speeds, optimal security, ease of maintenance and fully unique designs.

Generic, plug in-filled, template-based websites simply cannot offer the same level of quality, performance or security. Our commitment to creativity and customization is integral to Lexicon’s storytelling-driven approach to marketing.”

Additionally, Lexicon CEO, David Norcross said: “a single piece of new business can be worth millions to B2B organizations so they need to ensure they are telling the right story to their audience and giving themselves every chance to close new business with their website – which is the number one client-focused touchpoint. I am delighted to celebrate the launch of this new service as it seamlessly integrates with Lexicon’s design, content writing, strategy, tech and video production divisions”

A key component of this new service is the Storytelling aspect. For companies in the B2B space, vendor decisions are usually made experientially rather than by simply going for the cheapest price. Therefore, the story a business tells about itself is essential to add value and display credibility. This means up-to-date case studies and testimonials, a careers page outlining an organization’s working culture, available jobs and values, as well as regular thought leadership to highlight the expertise of a company’s team.
