Sicilian-born Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo, a certified Master Italian Chef from the acclaimed Accademia Barilla, has crafted a pair of exceptional and highly authentic Italian menus that showcase the finest local, seasonal and imported ingredients, cooked to perfection and presented in an exquisite setting at Rossini’s, which is designed to resemble a Tuscan villa.
Set Lunch Menu includes a choice of three enticing appetizers: Rucola Selvatica (burrata cheese with Sicilian tomatoes, arugula and pistachios), Carpaccio di Tonno (seared tuna carpaccio with orange, fennel & beetroot salad and mullet bottarga), or Crema di Patate (celeriac & potato cream soup with chanterelles and hazelnut truffle oil). Diners can then pick of three mouth-watering main courses: Fusilli al Pesto (fusilli pasta with pesto sauce, potatoes, celery and green beans), Dentice Scottato (pan-seared red snapper with cauliflower and red cabbage in saffron cream sauce), or Scottadito d’Agnello (two grilled Australian lamb chops with black olives and roast potatoes).
This fulfilling lunchtime feast concludes with a choice of three delicious desserts – Tarte tatin all’albicocca gelato al the nero (warm apricot tarte tatin, black tea ice cream), classic Tiramisu or a selection of Artisanal Ice Creams – followed by freshly-brewed coffee, tea and sweet treats.
The Set Lunch Menus at Rossini’s can be enjoyed with two or three courses, making them ideal for every appetite. Guests can order an appetizer and a main course for THB 880++, a main course and dessert for THB 720++, or the full three-course lunchtime meal for THB 1,200++ per person.
