Monday 6th November 2023  The Vineyard from 07:00 – 20:00 at Monsoon Valley Vineyard, Hua Hin     Discover the growing Thai wine culture with a sparkling wine breakfast at SO/ Bangkok, followed by a trip to Monsoon Valley Vineyard in Hua Hin, where you can tour the vineyard and meet with the vineyard’s resident elephants, and learn how wine is made, including the traditional method of crushing grapes by foot. Wednesday 8th November 2023    SO Amazing Chefs Culinary Showdown from 18:00 – 22:00 at Ballroom, 8th floor       Immerse yourself in an evening of culinary excitement at the SO/ Amazing Chefs highlight event. Kick off this special evening with Welcome Reception and followed by experience the thrill of live cooking unveil their culinary prowess, incorporating a secret ingredient that adds a touch of intrigue to the 4 courses dinner.
