Executive Chef Andrea Montella has created a themed dinner buffet of PORKHESTRA delights presented to you in one sumptuous buffet along with Italian and Thai-inspired live cooking stations. You can sample these delights at Ventisi restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld for only THB 1,590++ per person from 18:00 to 22:30 hrs. every Thursday (Buffet closes at 22.00 hrs.)
Discover worldwide recipes and pork specialties including whole suckling pig Chinese style, slow cooked pork Trang style, korubuta krapao moo (pork and Thai basil), grilled pork, stewed pork belly, meatballs, assorted cold cuts, bacon fries, cannelloni, and pasta dishes.
Enjoy the unlimited selection of pork dishes alongside buffet favourites such as fresh seafood on ice, appetizers, salads, homemade bread, soups, main dishes including meat and fish, Thai and Italian classics, plus a selection of cheeses, desserts, pastries and decadent ice creams.
