Taking place over a limited two-week period in the hotel’s elegant Chef’s Table room, this immersive experience features a specially curated set menu by Chef Marco Chavez Jaime, paired with fine wines and champagnes, each served in Baccarat’s exquisite crystal glassware

Chef Marco’s creations begin with an amuse-bouche, followed by lobster or beef tartare; red mullet fish soup or mushroom consommé; a main of French Charolais or Limousin beef tenderloin, or wild turbot ‘amandine,’ and finished with a refined dessert.
Designed to showcase both culinary artistry and the brilliance of Baccarat, each course promises a refined and sensory-rich encounter. A curated selection of Baccarat’s signature creations will be displayed within the venue, further enriching the experience with a glimpse into the brand’s storied legacy of design and savoir-faire.



The dinners will take place between 4-6 and 11-13 September 2025 from 17:30 – 23:30 hrs. at the Chef’s table room, Penthouse Bar + Grill, level 34 of Park Hyatt Bangkok.
This collaboration brings together two icons of global luxury, priced at THB 6,200++ per person, delivering an exceptional dining experience.
