Available at Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, the hotel’s elegant and award-winning dining destination, the new mooncake collection features a choice of 4 classic flavors and 3 special signature versions. The hotel’s talented Chinese chefs have used premium ingredients to craft a range of traditional baked mooncakes, with options including Macadamia nuts and white lotus seeds, Pork bak-kwa and assorted nuts, White lotus and melon seeds with single yolk, and Chantaburi durian and white lotus seeds with single yolk
For a truly unique experience, the hotel has also created a series of signature mooncakes including rich and creamy Mini salted egg yolk vanilla custard, and a decadent Malted chocolate rocher variety, which is made using the finest French Valrhona chocolate and almond praline. Finally, the exclusive Araksa Earl Grey macadamia orange mooncake has been developed in partnership with Araksa, the Chiang Mai-based sustainable tea producer, and features organic bergamot tea and Sicilian bergamot oil.
Each 150g traditional mooncake and 50g signature mooncake can be purchased individually or in a presentation box. The Marquis Box (priced from THB 1,888) features six signature mooncakes (either one flavor only or two pieces of each flavor) or four traditional mooncakes (one flavor only or one piece of each flavor), while The Classic Box (from THB 999) features six signature mooncakes (either one flavor only or two pieces of each flavor) or four traditional mooncakes (one flavor only or one piece of each flavor), Each presentation box can also be personalized with an engraving of your company’s logo!
