Chef Pongsapon, the Executive Chef, brings the premium ingredients “Thai Puff Ball and Truffle” to Carlton’s kitchen to create two special dishes. Enjoy a Thai all-time popular menu with Krapao – Thai Puff Ball Mushrooms stir-fried with basil, served with Grilled French Charolais Beef Striploin and Marinated Egg Yolk, all accompanied by Jasmine Rice. Alternatively, try the Italian cuisine of Black Truffle Tagliolino al Tartufo Nero, offering the richness of black truffle and its unique, complex aroma.
