Bangkok, April 2022 – To join in the celebration of National Hamburger Day in the United States, Plate Restaurant is rolling out two special burgers.
The first burger is inspired from the land and Mother Earth. This meatless burger is a medley of spices and vegetables with portobello mushrooms as the main star in between the homemade black charcoal bun. With a touch of wasabi for that flavour elevation.
The second burger is inspired from the sea. The purple bun is made from butterfly pea and represents the sea. Soft-shell crab deep fried to perfection, completed with grape seaweed and spicy cheese sauce.
Available at Plate Restaurant in May and June
