Bangkok, Thailand, April 23, 2025 – Sirimahannop, the reimagined Thai tall ship and refined dining destination on Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, is inviting seafood lovers to step aboard and embark on a global voyage to the seven seas with its new “Pirate’s Seafood Treasure” – a spectacular seafood tower.
The restaurant’s talented chefs have traced the pirates’ quest to travel far and wide in search of the ocean’s most precious treasures, from Hokkaido to Holland, an onwards from Southern Thailand to Spain and Scandinavia. These sustainably sourced ingredients will be expertly prepared and presented in a stunning tower that is perfect for sharing with loved ones.
The Pirate’s Seafood Treasure showcases freshly-shucked Zeeuwse oysters which are only found in the cool waters of the Netherlands and were prized by pirates for their smoothness and succulence, and Norwegian cured salmon from the ice-cold fjords of Norway, which has been carefully cured to bring out the fish’s deep, rich flavor.
Sailing south, the pirates discovered that the warm waters of the Mediterranean were home to the finest Spanish octopus, featuring a tender texture and rich flavor that delighted the discerning sailors. Then, during their explorations of Asia, these daring adventurers found the freshest Hokkaido scallops – a hidden gem from Japan’s northern seas which are famed for their size and sweetness. Finally, the pirates arrived in Thailand’s tropical Andaman Sea to catch exceptional Krabi tiger prawns – genuine gems of the ocean that are sustainably sourced and lovingly prepared.
These delights will be perfectly complemented with fresh lemon, Thai seafood sauce, cocktail sauce, and pineapple mignonette for a truly indulgent gastronomic experience.
The “Pirate’s Seafood Treasure” is a truly unmissable feast for couples, friends and families alike. This sensational seafood tower is available from May 3rd to June 30th, 2025 (16:30 – 22:30 hrs), priced at THB 1,990++. Marriott Bonvoy discounts apply. Not a member yet?
