Available only on the most romantic night of the year, 14th February, this mouth-watering Asian-inspired dinner starts with an enticing amuse bouche, “Gillardeau Oyster” a single fresh French oyster served with chojang, the spicy Korean sauce. This is followed by a “Seafood Carpaccio” of hirame, salmon, and octopus with citrus soy and Parmigiano cheese, and an enticing appetizer of “Seared French Foie Gras” with a kimchi glaze, corn croquette, and tea-poached pears – an amazing “east meets west” plate that is sure to stimulate the senses.
Couples will then be treated to a pair of delectable dishes that showcase the finest produce from land and sea. A fillet of “Chilean Seabass” is accompanied with gochujang miso, and Japanese radish, while the finest “Sendai” A5 Wagyu striploin beef is complemented by maitake mushroom and black garlic beef jus.
This sensational six-course feast concludes with a divine dessert of “Chocolate Mousse” served with yolk crush, Korean strawberry jam, and nitrogen strawberry sorbet, and rose dark chocolate.
