Ventisi, Centara Grand at CentralWorld’s renowned dining destination, announces its latest gastronomic venture – From the Deep: A Seafood Celebration – a international buffet and tentacle Night buffet that dives deep into the ocean’s bounty. Reflecting the expansive spirit of the sea, this buffet, which is a tribute to the marine treasures, will delight seafood.
At the helm, Executive Chef Andrea Montella orchestrates an ensemble of seafood masterpieces, marrying tradition with innovation. With a spread that ranges from the subtle brininess of fresh oysters to the succulent burst of prawns, each offering is a culinary ode to the ocean. Chef Montella’s expertise and passion are palpable, ensuring that diners taste and experience the essence of the deep with every bite.
Experience an unparalleled Tuesday at Ventisi. Our buffet showcases squid, octopus, and cuttlefish. This isn’t merely a dinner; it’s an odyssey of flavours, spotlighting the transformative power of culinary artistry. The buffet is priced at, for adults, THB 1,355++ per person, which includes free-flow Sauvignon Blanc and soft drinks, while children aged 6 to 11 years are priced at THB 677++ per person.
