Available every lunchtime from Monday to Friday (11.30-14.30 hrs), this mouth-watering menu includes a series of authentic, freshly-made Chinese delicacies, all expertly prepared by a team of talented chefs.
The Weekday Lunch Set starts with three selections of handcrafted dim sum, dumplings, turnip cakes, spring rolls or other bite-sized dishes such as steamed sticky rice with prawn and chicken wrapped in lotus leaf, and steamed pork spare ribs. Diners can then choose one rice or noodle dish to share, with options including iron pot chicken fried rice, steamed egg noodles with prawns, Yangzhou fried rice, minced pork and preserved egg congee, and more.
Each guest can then select their perfect soup from three options: traditional hot & sour seafood soup, double-boiled bamboo pith soup, and prawn wonton soup. Finally, this fulfilling lunchtime feast will conclude with an authentic Cantonese dessert (individually served) of chilled mango pudding, Chinese herbal black jelly with honey, or traditional steamed ginger milk curd.
