Hearty Sharing Platters at CHAR Restaurant 

Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road’s contemporary grill CHAR Restaurant has launched hearty sharing platters created by Chef Jaime “Jimmy” Rojas as the ideal meal for two, or even small groups, every platter comes with a choice of two tantalizing sides as well as two sauces. 

The “Meat Deluxe” platter available at THB 2,500++ highlights wet-aged premium beef, cooked sous-vide and finished in CHAR’s wood-fire grill at the recommended medium rare. These include Australian Wagyu tenderloin (220g) and flank steak (220g), alongside Angus 150 days grain-fed rib eye (220g). For the seafood lovers, the “Under The Sea” platter features seabass (150g) and salmon (150g), along with juicy Japanese scallops (2 pcs.) and tiger prawns (2 pcs.). It is available at THB 1,800++. 

Even better, both platters can be enjoyed at CHAR Restaurant and CHAR Rooftop Bar. CHAR Restaurant on the 25^th floor welcomes diners from Monday – Saturday from 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm. CHAR Rooftop Bar is located on the 26^th floor and is open from 5:00 pm – midnight on Sunday – Thursday and from 5:00 pm – 1:00 am on Friday – Saturday.
