The announcement of the appointment of Guillaume Coulbrant as the new Pastry Chef at Park Hyatt Bangkok is unveiled with an invitation to discover a sumptuous Rouge de Bordeaux Figs Afternoon Tea.

Rouge de Bordeaux Figs, seasonally harvested in September and October, feature an exceptional aroma and are sweet, tasty figs with an attractive purple skin and red flesh. A class of their own, these figs elevate an afternoon tea experience.

Indulge in a set menu of hand crafted pastries including Acacia Honey & Pecan Sponge, Fig Gel, Vanilla Cream Raspberry Éclair, Hazelnut Crunch & Chantilly, Roasted Fig Compote & Almond Tart, Lorenzo No..5 Gingerbread, Fig & Greek Yoghurt Mousse in addition to sharing plates of Fig, Berries & Red Wine Compote, Almond Sponge, Vanilla Cream. Sample a luscious appetizer of Roasted Fig, Goats Curd & Pancetta before tantalizing the taste buds with Petit Sandwiches of Blue Swimmer Crab, Baeri Caviar, Chive Mascarpone, Italian Stracciatella & Heirloom Tomato Tart, Braised Spring Lamb, Auricchio Provolone, Jalapeño Confit Duck Rillettes, Fig Marmalade, and Rougie Foie Gras. Traditional scones with double cream and homemade preserves are also available.
