Terms and conditions:
- Full payment is required for hotel to issue a QR code via the SHABA system and for you to process your Certificate of Entry (C.O.E)
- Supplementary charges will be applicable and must be pre-paid to the hotel for the three (3) PCR Tests during stay. The receipt of this payment will be required for you to process your Certificate of Entry (C.O.E)
- Payment made will be non-refundable other than in the event that you are unsuccessful in receiving your C.O.E. or that you test positive during any of the four (4) required P.C.R. tests, the remaining balance of your accommodation and tests will be fully refunded.
- Bookings may be postponed for valid inability to travel and the QR Code for the initial booking will be cancelled and a new QR Code will be issued for the new dates of stay
