Red Sky welcomes the fresh Morel Mushroom season in March at Red Sky

Once a year, connoisseurs eagerly await the arrival of early spring, when wild morel mushrooms appear briefly in the woodlands. Coveted for their earthy flavour and meaty texture, gourmets call them the “Jewels of the Earth”. During the month of March, indulge in the prized fungi with a choice of unique dishes created by Chef Christian Ham and his team at Red Sky Restaurant, featuring fresh wild morels combined with seasonal ingredients.
