SAMRUB SAMRUB THAI Headlines the Return of Bangkok’s Best Sunday Brunch

Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is delighted to welcome Chef Prin Polsuk and the culinary team behind one of Bangkok’s most talked about private dining kitchens, SAMRUB SAMRUB THAI, to the luxury hotel’s ever-popular Sunday Brunch when it returns on 3rd October 2021.

Set in leafy Ratchadamri and home to some of Bangkok’s best restaurants, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has long been heralded as the host of the city’s most bountiful brunch. After a brief break, the Sunday celebration returns, welcoming foodies and families looking to round off the week in style at physically distanced tables set inside air-conditioned dining rooms, as well as alfresco in the hotel’s lush open-air garden courtyard.

The Sunday Brunch flows from 11.30am to 3pm, spreading throughout Parichart Court and Aqua Bar into Madison and Spice Market restaurants, offering a lavish buffet with live stations such as sensational sushi; an aromatic Asian corner; flame-grilled meats; freshly prepared Italian fare; and an everchanging selection of signature hot dishes. Diners can look forward to savouring premium starters served à la minute, ensuring their antipasti; salads and seafood; select sushi and sashimi; Peking duck; and crispy pork retain their flavours and freshness.

Main courses will be served à la carte, prepared and individually plated to perfection, while the grand finale comprises a choice of delectable desserts.

Sunday Brunch is served at Madison, Spice Market and Aqua Bar at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel every Sunday from 11.30 am. Prices start from THB 2,200++ including free-flow soft drinks and mineral water.  Price is subject to a 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

With physical distancing in mind, seating is limited and advance bookings are recommended.
