May 1st – 5th 2023 – Cinco de Mayo Week at Hotel Indigo Bangkok’s CHAR Rooftop Bar
Celebrate all things Mexican with the team at CHAR Rooftop Bar from 1st – 5th May 2023 starting 5:00 pm till midnight. The hotel’s Mexican-born Chef Jaime “Jimmy” Rojas has created a special menu for this occasion with dishes like Latin Seabass Ceviche, Beef Cheek Tacos or Pulled Pork Shoulder Tacos as well as the classic CHAR Guacamole. Pair these with crowd-pleasing drinks such as the classic Margarita, CHAR’s very own CHAR-garita (Tequila, Cointreau, Mezcal, Pineapple Juice, Golden Tamarind Syrup, Lime Juice & Mango Purée) or a trio of Tequila shots for unforgettable nights.
