- Ramayana Waterpark is open from 11AM to 6PM and is closed every Wednesday. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the waterpark.
- Height will be measured at the water park entrance. Guests who do not meet the required height criteria must pay the applicable fee on site.
- Advance booking is required at least 2-4 days prior to arrival.
- Guest must present the vouchers at the Ramayana Waterpark entrance to verify and claim their entry tickets.
- Offer is subject to room availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- The hotel reserved the right to deny access or modify services under the following circumstances:
- The waterpark has reached its full capacity.
- Operational disruptions or force majeure events.
- Extra person and children policy apply.
