  • Avoid heatstroke by wear loose-fitting, lightweight clothing and drink a lot of water (stay hydrated)

  • Drink don’t drive as well as always fasten your seat belt while on a car or wearing a high quality helmet while operating or riding a motorcycle
  • Be ready for emergency situation and self-safety by get noticed for the nearest hospital or first-aid station before having fun
