    The Kitchen Table at W Bangkok extends its sold-out brunch experience to include a special Saturday evening buffet each month.

    W Does Brunch is already Bangkok’s most happening weekend brunch. Once a month, it’s where gastronomy and cocktail culture combined with art, music and fashion for a whole afternoon of feasting and mingling! Now, The Kitchen Table elevates the experience by offering brunch at a different time, at night, with W Does Supper!

    Every last Saturday of the month, W Does Supper meets up with #WCOCKTAILCULTURE on the later side for an eclectic evening buffet. Guests who’ve experienced W Does Brunch in the past can expect the same fun vibes at W Does Supper.

    W Does Supper offers a massive gastronomic spread. And a premium one. Guests can indulge in charcuterie like salami Milano, coppa di Parma and roasted porchetta; appetizers like pumpkin and truffle arancini; mains like sea bass fillet in banana leaf and whole marinated, spit-roasted pig. A bit different from our W Does Brunch, guests can enjoy our live cooking station with fresh clams and mussels cooked in white wine and marinara sauce. And the list goes on, with many more food stations and dishes in The Kitchen Table’s main dining room and out on the terrace.

    Guests can choose from two ways to enjoy W Does Supper: ‘Just for Food’ package at THB 2,500++/person including soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea; or ‘The Experience’ at THB 3,600++/person including cocktails, wines, beers and bubbles.     Hailing from France, Chef Bruno was destined for a career in hospitality, with his father making a name as a chocolatier and his sister running a hotel in Paris. He was passionate about food from a young age and developed his craft at many restaurants around the globe, garnering recognition for his cooking at The Dining Room at The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta, amongst other US restaurants.

    In 2008, Menard’s restaurant L’Osier in Tokyo gained three Michelin stars at once, the highest recognition awarded by the guide. Since then, Chef Bruno has also been a judge on MasterChef Asia and is President of Bocuse D’Or Pacific, the most prestigious food competition in the world.
